Ectoplaninae in which the oviducts receive the secretion of shell glands just before opening into the bursal canal. Openings of shell glands into bursal canal located entally to the openings of the oviducts. Bursal canal constricted just entally to the openings of the oviducts. Eye lenses present.
This genus contains only one species, Ostenocula harmsi (Lehmensick, 1937).
