Genus Probursa

Cercyrini with the copulatory bursa situated between the pharyngeal pocket and the male copulatory apparatus, and with ovaries located at the posterior end of the pharyngeal cavity or approximately half-way along the latter; mouth at the anterior end of the pharyngeal cavity; testes dorsal or dorso-ventral; penis unarmed.

This genus contains the following species: Probursa veneris Hyman, 1944, P. moei Correa, 1960.
