Bdellourinae with a caudal adhesive disk that is set off from the rest of the body. Eye lenses absent. Numerous testes distributed throughout the bodylength.
This genus contains the following species: Bdelloura candida (Girard, 1850), B. propinqua Wheeler, 1894, B. wheeleri Wilhelmi, 1909.
