Bdellouroidea with one median and two lateral gonopores on the ventral body surface and usually provided with an intrapenial papilla, two lateral bursae, and ventral or dorso-ventral testes.
This family contains the following subfamilies: Bdellourinae Sluys, 1989a and Palombiellinae Sluys, 1989a.
