Cercyrini with two ventral adhesive disks and two dorsal, cup-shaped suckers at the posterior end of the body; ovaries posterior to the pharyngeal cavity or at the hind end of the latter; dorsal testes; penis either armed or unarmed; body lobed.
This genus contains the following species: Puiteca camica du Bois-Reymond Marcus, 1955, P. rigida Sluys and Ball, 1989.
